Job Summary :
The Clinical Therapist Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative duties of Associate and Licensed providers in Serene Health's Behavioral Health Services. We are seeking a dedicated professional to work in person at our office in Martinez, Ga. The successful candidate will see 15 clients per week through a combination of in-office and telehealth appointments. Additionally, the role includes conducting in-person monthly group supervision meetings.
Core Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative services of Associate and Licensed providers in an outpatient Telehealth and hybrid program setting.
- Administratively supervises the delivery of mental health services in accordance with agency standards and both ethical and professional practices, as well as staff caseload management.
- Provides clinical supervision in order to assist with assessment and coordination of patient care.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews of client records (related to client intakes, assessments, diagnostic evaluations, interventions, progress notes, and treatment and discharge plans)
- Implements and maintains quality assurance systems and performance data.
- Works in conjunction with the Behavioral Health Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer to oversee the billing operations of the mental health program.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, including compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting.
- Participate in the interview process for clinical and administrative staff.
- Defines, measures, and evaluates program performance data for professional development.
- Maintain established performance and conduct standards in accordance with agency and organizational expectations
- Collaborates with internal departments and external agencies to identify and evaluate staff for professional development and / or training.
- Participates in case conferences as needed.
- See 15 clients per week through a combination of in-office and telehealth appointments.
- Additional functions as specifically requested by the Director of Behavioral Health and the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Other duties as assigned.
