Our telecommunications program allows individuals to access telecommunications and wireless products without breaking the break. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team and support the execution of direct marketing activities for our telecommunications program. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our reach, driving customer engagement, and increasing participation in our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns by engaging with local consumers and decision makers on a daily basis
- Thoroughly explain the multitude of benefits associated with the telecommunications program and answer questions with professionalism, ease and confidence
- Generate leads through business referral opportunities and nurture them to convert prospects into program participants.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction and retention, loyalty and advocacy
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in direct marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
