Serene Path Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
**Job Overview:**
As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check (Please note that Serene Path Home Care does inquire about criminal backgrounds as part of the hiring process)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Salary Range: $12 to $15 per hour
