**Job Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. **Duties:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support - Help with meal preparation and medication reminders - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Accompany clients to appointments and social outings - Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior **Skills:** - Experience in hospital medicine, medical-surgical, geriatrics, or PICU is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and patience in dealing with individuals requiring care - Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy - Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and daily activities Joining our team as a Personal Care Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
