What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant position at Serene Suites Memory Support?
Serene Suites is looking for a laundry attendant to maintain the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation for our facility at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining the laundry needs for our residents' and facility.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED is required.
· Must have a compassion for, and desire to work with, the elderly and understand their needs.
· Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written directions in order to complete the job.
· Must be able to work full or part time on a regular schedule and weekends /holidays.
· Must meet all state health requirements.
- Must be able to lift,push, carry up to 25 lbs
· Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Able to walk, stand,bend for long periods of time during a shift.
- Able to operate commercial industry machines.( ex-washer,dryers,floor equipment,etc..)
· Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test/screening
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.89 per hour
