Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:
- Increase new customer acquisitions by engaging with customers and educating them on potential services available to them offered by our clients
- Utilize product and service knowledge to increase sales and generate business that bring longevity and value to the company
- Enhance every customer’s experience by providing a genuine, positive, and professional interaction when assisting them directly in person
- Apply market research and competitive pricing to upsell our client’s products and services when it benefits the customer’s needs
- Ensure any records of the customer’s contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package are correct before submitting
- Gain full comprehension of our client’s campaign goals, current promotions, new expansions, and sales targets by attending all conference calls and participate in on-site training sessions
- High School diploma or comparable certification is preferred
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in a customer service, customer relations, customer support, sales, or similar field recommended
- Flexible schedule
- Adaptable in fast-paced working environments
- Ability to working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
