Sales Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• The Sales Manager Trainee provides exemplary customer service and support to prospective customers to close sales
• Generate new leads for our client executing field marketing and sales campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence
• Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of our client’s products and services as well as industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge
• Address and answer all customer questions, concerns and provide additional information or support
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and order requests
• Relay customer feedback to the appropriate channels to improve the customer experience
