Serenity Assisted Living is looking for one part time LPN to join our team. We are located on 269 Little Sand Run Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Resident assessments
- Complete incident reports/follow ups
- Communication with Doctors offices
- Ordering medications
- Working 1-on-1 with facility RN
- Taking call
- Wound Care
- Flexible schedule as long as you can get what work needs done completed
- Video conferences with facility RN
- Proficient in computer skills
Qualifications
- Must have an active WV LPN License
- Must have 2 year experience in the field
- Pass drug screening
- Qualify through WV Cares
