Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide patient monitoring and observation to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Support individuals with memory care needs, including those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Uphold resident rights and dignity while delivering compassionate care.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices.
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, or senior care settings is highly desirable.
