- Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support residents in understanding their rights and ensure they are treated with dignity.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' overall well-being.
- Administer basic first aid as needed and maintain CPR certification.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, including long-term care, assisted living, and hospice care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary requirements for various health conditions.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
- Understanding of resident rights and commitment to advocating for them.
- Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic living space for residents.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
