Job Summary
Parttime weekend caregiver for Saturday and Sunday, 12-hour shifts.

Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide patient care by monitoring health status and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Support residents in meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Uphold resident rights by treating individuals with dignity and respect at all times.
- Engage residents in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed when assisting residents with mobility or transferring them safely.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of CPR techniques is beneficial for ensuring resident safety.
- Familiarity with home community care practices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining dignity in care settings.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper techniques.
