Serenity Behavioral Health Services is looking for a skilled full-time LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT-S licensed therapist to join our team of professionals at our Blendon Woods, OH office location.
Successful candidates for this position will specialize in providing psychotherapy to couples and individuals; and who can help clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. Two years of experience in the field is desired.
Serenity therapists provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to a manageable caseload of clients seeking mental health treatment. Qualifications
- Experience with providing trauma treatment and couples counseling
- Licensed by the Ohio Counseling and Social Worker Board as an LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, IMFT-S
- Two or more years of experience working within a mental health setting
- Strong motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills which reflect your ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic working relationships with clients.
- Experience and proficiency with Diagnosis Assessment, treatment plans, progress notes, record keeping, and basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office 365/Teams experience and EMR proficiency is helpful
