What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Counselor-Supervisor AOP position at Serenity Behavioral Health Systems?
Schedule: Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Must be Fully Licensed in the State of Georgia
Job Description:
Provides clinical and administrative direction to the assigned program and assigned employees. Provides clinical services such as individual counseling, group, intakes, and reauthorizations to the assigned caseload of the program. Ensures daily operations of the program and services abiding by the Service Guidelines of the DBHDD Provider Manual. Facilitates weekly team meeting and clinical supervision. Attends all required MDT meetings. Collaborates with other providers. Communicates with other Program Supervisors on various services. Monitors employee service productivity and implements plans of action as needed. Provides clinical services. Ensures employees receive initial training and annual/on-going training. Will maintain 65 billable hours monthly. May serve on agency committees. Must be Punctual and Dependable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or other appropriate therapeutic discipline, and two years of experience performing responsibilities in a health care services environment. Current Professional Licensure in the State of Georgia. LPC or LMFT or LCSW. Must have at least two years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using EMR.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
