Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Home Care Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, nurturing referral relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to expand our reach and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales:
- Identify and engage potential clients and families needing home care services.
- Build relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and senior living facilities.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the community.
- Manage and grow digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, and SEO).
- Organize and attend local events, workshops, and health fairs to promote services.
- Create promotional materials and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the care team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong knowledge of home care services and the local healthcare landscape.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required for client meetings and events).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
