Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Long Beach, CA. Fluency in Khmer is required to effectively serve our diverse member population. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional care coordination and advocacy for members. This role integrates with both our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program and broader clinic operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our patients. Please note that this is an on-site position.
This is an entry level position yet, if you posses the correct work ethic, we are very willing to train. There is a lot of room from growth within our organization. If you desire to grow in a company we have already doubled our patient size this year.

Member Coordination
- Assist with the enrollment and ongoing care of ECM members.
- Work directly with members to assess needs, address barriers to care, and connect them with appropriate resources.
- Maintain regular communication with members via phone calls and in-person interactions.
Data Entry and Documentation
- Accurately record and manage sensitive member information.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with ECM and clinic policies.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed for program tracking and evaluation.
Care and Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage reminders for members.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide front office support, including answering phones and assisting with general inquiries.
Problem-Solving and Advocacy
- Identify and resolve barriers to care with innovative and effective solutions.
- Advocate for members' needs by connecting them with community resources and services.
Compliance and Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive member data in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and state/federal regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
