Job Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
✅ Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and treatment plans
✅ Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
✅ Communicate effectively with patients regarding financial arrangements and treatment options
✅ Provide administrative support to the dental team to ensure seamless office operations
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Previous experience in dental administration (preferred)
✔ Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and billing processes
✔ Proficiency in dental software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
