Serenity, Inc. is a growing General Contractor founded in 2005 in Jackson, WY, by President Jeremie Moore. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio in Idaho, Montana, and Utah—where we operate from both Park City and Layton. Our company has experienced significant growth, and to support this continued expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing financial records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple projects.
· Accurately record and manage large volumes of data daily.
· Oversee payroll processing and employee time tracking on a daily basis.
· Properly allocate and record incoming invoices for each project.
· Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and tables, is required.
· Prepare and submit monthly pay applications for all projects.
· Demonstrate resourcefulness and contribute to operational efficiency.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for HR, payroll, receipt filing, subcontractor information, and
other administrative tasks.
· Communicate effectively with Project Managers, employees, vendors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of construction bookkeeping experience
· QuickBooks online certification or 5 years of experience using QBO
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
