What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping - Day / Evening Shift - PT / FT position at Serenity Estates LLC?
Serenity Estates of Morris, is a 142-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, located in Morris, Illinois. We are seeking to fill our housekeeping positions.
Position Hours:
7am -3:30pm : Full Time -Day Shift
2pm -10:30pm : Part Time -Evening Shift
To operate successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Recent experience as a Housekeeping Aide in a LONG-TERM CARE environment is a plus, not required
- Clean resident rooms & all common areas
- Should be familiar with the overall operations of the housekeeping department including operations of all equipment and the appropriate chemicals to use
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Background checks and fingerprinting required
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents and other personnel
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
