Duties
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations.
- Utilize logic controllers for automated systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to support ongoing maintenance efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the facility.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to operations.
