Landscape Foreman

JOB SUMMARY

Landscape Foreman will manage Landscape Laborers as well as perform multiple lawn maintenance related duties outdoors. Interact with customers, co-workers, and location supervisors. Repetitive lifting and movements required.

Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, erosion matting installation, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, snow shoveling, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Sounds, Noise Levels Are Distracting
• Very Hot or Cold Temperatures
• Wear Common Protective or Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to safely operate an automobile.
• CDL Preferred but not required. Willingness to obtain CDL.
• Must be able to communicate professionally verbally
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop reach, push, pull, twist and lean up to 90% of the time.
• Lifting 50lbs routinely and safely
• Operating of various machinery such as loaders, dozers, bobcats, arbor lifts, etc.
• Ability to manage tasks by priority and delegate as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
