Minimum Requirements
- A minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including brand collateral, social media graphics, and paid advertising visuals
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with optimizing designs for different digital platforms and ad formats
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles as they apply to digital design
- A keen sense of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate brand guidelines into visually appealing and consistent designs
- Portfolio examples showcasing innovative and original design concepts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content teams
- Experience in prioritizing tasks, allocating time effectively, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
