Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Contribute to inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferred).

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with potential for overtime based on business needs.
- Rotations: Engage in immersive 1–3 month rotations across various clinic positions, gaining comprehensive knowledge and leadership skills.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
