Serenity Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Hospice Care Manager to support Salem and surrounding counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient services and ensuring compliance with agency policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives
- Leadership and supervision of professional staff providing direct patient services
- Maintenance of accurate and complete medical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Planning and implementing staff education programs for team members
Requirements:
- Possession of a current license to practice as a registered nurse or equivalent license and education
- Minimum five years' experience in healthcare, including two years of supervisory experience
