RN Clinical Leadership Position
Serenity Hospice – an Addus family company is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Leadership position. As a leader in the field of hospice care, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our team and ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of clinical staff.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Staying up-to-date on changing laws and regulations affecting hospice care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
- One year hospice experience required.
- Two years healthcare management experience required.
- Must have good knowledge of hospice Medicare, Medicaid, State and Federal guidelines.
- Maintains a current CPR certification.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
