Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of patient service delivery and agency policy compliance
- Development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve program objectives
- Scheduling, supervision, and ongoing educational programs for staff providing direct patient services
- Implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs or oversight of designated QA staff
- Maintenance of accurate, complete, and compliant medical records
- Planning and implementation of staff education programs
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse or equivalent healthcare license and education
- Minimum five years' experience as a healthcare professional, including two years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Current CPR Certification
