This Patient Care Manager role is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient services, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities
- Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives- Oversee staff scheduling, supervision, and ongoing education- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs or supervise designated QA staff- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations- Plan and implement staff education programs to promote excellence in patient careRequirements
- Current RN licensure or equivalent healthcare professional license and education- Minimum five years' experience in healthcare, including two years of supervisory experience- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required- Current CPR certification required
