Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Sussex County, NJ. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of patients. Day-to-day tasks include helping patients with hygiene, mobility, and basic healthcare needs while fostering a supportive and communicative environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Patient Care and Personal Care
- Experience in Home Care and Skilled Nursing settings
- Skills in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Strong Communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to providing compassionate care
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide
- Previous experience in a hospice or similar care environment is a plus
