What You'll Do :

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the face of MassageLuXe and play a vital role in driving our success by delivering top-notch customer service and sales.

Welcome Guests : Create warm and inviting environment from the moment clients walk in.

Drive Sales : Use your knowledge of spa services to recommend memberships that best meet client needs, earning bonuses for every membership sold.

Deliver 5-Star Customer Service : Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.

Handle Front Desk Tasks : Schedule appointments, checking guest in and out for their services, manage memberships, maintain spa cleanliness

Be a Team Player : Promote MassageLuXe at community events and contribute to our positive, upbeat spa culture.

Goal-Oriented : You're motivated to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Strong Communicator : You're customer service skills shine, and you're comfortable explaining benefits and services to clients.

Flexible and Reliable : Available to work day and evenings, as well as 1 weekend shift a week. (we are closed for all major holidays)

Previous Sales / Customer Service Experience : Preferred but not required - we'll teach you the rest!
