Position Details:
- Location: Coburg, OR 97408
- Part-Time: 16 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients in both Residential Housing Services (RHS) and the Hospital Unit (HU). Your duties will include:
- Administering medications safely and accurately, following the 5 rights of medication administration.
- Monitoring patients’ vitals, weight, and other medical indicators.
- Assisting in patient admissions and discharges, ensuring paperwork and medications are managed appropriately.
- Supporting detox patients through monitoring symptoms and administering prescribed medications.
- Assisting patients with daily activities and offering comfort when needed, including de-escalating anxious situations.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Orienting new hires and training practicum students when directed.
- Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Proficiency in bloodborne pathogen management and emergency situation protocols.
- Experience or willingness to pursue continuing education in Addiction, Substance Abuse, or Trauma-Informed Care is highly encouraged.
- Licensing & Certification:
- Active Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Current CPR certification.
