We are looking to hire a full-time Office Coordinator to provide general office management and coordinate patient services our Portland Outpatient office, ensuring their efficient and smooth operation.

Salary Range: $21.00-$25.00 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
As part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing healing and hope to patients, families, and communities affected by substance use disorder, Office Coordinators at Serenity Lane:
- Provide reception services
- Schedule appointments and manage patient appointment calendar for counseling staff
- Manage and maintain general and program supplies
- Maintain accurate records, statistics and prepare monthly reports
- Collect and track payments; complete bank deposit weekly; balance cash box.
- Manage office correspondence,
- Other administrative, support and customer service tasks as assigned by Program Manager.
- Create a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals and families that facilitates the exploration of the chemical dependency.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of medical records software a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook a plus.
- Experience working in a behavioral health facility a plus.
- One year Reception experience and multiline phones
