Responsibilities of Unit Manager:
- Coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to adult residents with the resident focused care management model
- Guide and direct the activities of the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
- Help the residents reach their maximum possible state of health and well-being
Requirements of RN/LPN Unit Manager:
- Current IN LPN
- 1 Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Required
- 3 Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Preferred
- One (1) year work experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting preferred
