Are you passionate about teaching swimming and making a difference in people’s lives? Serenity Swimming, a brand-new private swim school in Frederick, MD, is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Private Swim Instructors to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one swim lessons for children and adults.
- Adapt lessons to each swimmer’s needs, from beginners to advanced students.
- Ensure a fun, safe, and positive learning experience.
- Communicate progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong swimming background and teaching/coaching experience.
✔ Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Patient, encouraging, and passionate about water safety.
✔ Reliable and professional with excellent communication skills.
