Looking for a Per Diem Occupational Therap ist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lafayette, New Jersey.
Work Location : Mohawk Meadows - 1 Obrien Ln, Lafayette, NJ 07848

Job Responsibilities :
- Evaluates, provides, and ensures patient’s plan of care.
- Oversees occupational therapy assistants providing guidance, discussing progress and monitoring clinical interventions / skills.
- Provides skilled services and interventions using various techniques that are needed to achieve patient’s goals.
- Follows all regulations and guidelines of facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.
- Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times.
- Provides skilled documentation of patient’s condition, and provide caregiver / patient education , progress and need for services.
- Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient ’ s engagement and responses to treatment , modifies as necessary .
