Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including counseling and case management, to individuals with varying needs, including those with autism and developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of therapeutic practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and their families to promote overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices in mental health counseling and psychotherapy.
- Implement case management strategies to coordinate care and support for clients, ensuring access to necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and other healthcare professionals, to enhance client care.
- Offer Christian counseling as requested by clients, integrating faith-based approaches into therapeutic practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and case management.
- Advocate for clients with disabilities or developmental disabilities, ensuring their rights and needs are met within the community.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a clinician (LSW, LPC, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in case management and mental health counseling is essential; experience with applied behavior analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
