Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serenity Wellness Mental Health Center. The role involves providing social work services, medical social work, case management, and addressing mental health and behavioral health issues. While primarily based in Catonsville, MD, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with low-acuity mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD).

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.

- Engage in continuous professional development through supervision and training provided by Serenity Wellness.

- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Bachalor's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LMSW) in the state of Maryland (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong commitment to serving the Baltimore/DMV population with a focus on mental health.
• Experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or related conditions.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in the field of social work.
• Social Work and Medical Social Work skills
