Job Summary
As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Utilize customer service software to document interactions and maintain records
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery
- Constantly and aggressively improve our customer experience from first contact, to long after product delivery
- Make improvements to the website, documentation, processes, and procedure to optimize customer experience
Experience
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer service, call center, or client services role preferred
- Ability to navigate computer systems and utilize office software for data entry and analysis
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse customer bases
- Experience with Online Sales management or E-Commerce
- Skills with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar media generating programs
- Outside of the box thinking to combat a niche and dynamically changing market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
