Position: 1099 Subcontractor - Residential House Cleaner

Job Overview:

Sergeant Suds Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking experienced residential house cleaners to join our team. As a 1099 subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and other areas as specified by clients.

- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

- Communicate effectively with clients and management to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

- Minimum of one year of verifiable residential cleaning experience.

- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in the Tucson area.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation:

- Jobs pay a flat rate, not hourly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour average (Depending on location). Pay will always be flat rate. The hourly breakdown is based upon flat rate pay and average hours worked. Our top cleaners make an average of $28-$32/hour.

Expected hours: 8 – 22 per week
