Job Description :
The Client is seeking a skilled and detailoriented Business Analyst to support app rationalization efforts and business architecture initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various state departments to analyze optimize and consolidate the portfolio of applications and IT systems. This role will be key to aligning technology with business strategies and ensuring that the states digital infrastructure is efficient scalable and costeffective.
Key Responsibilities :
App Rationalization :
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess the current application portfolio identifying redundant obsolete or underutilized systems.
- Analyze the lifecycle performance and value of existing applications to guide decisions on retirement consolidation replacement or optimization.
- Support the development of roadmaps and strategies to streamline the application portfolio ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
