Overview:
Looking for a Business Systems Analyst that is very confident and can handle an executive level audience. The best candidate will be outgoing, confident and have excellent communication and written skills ans they will work with all audence levels. Adaptability and multitasking is critical for the success of this role. The role is for a project, contract only.
Job Summary:
Collaborating with stakeholders including billing, finance, and client implementation to understand both short term and long term goals
Document functionality inclujding complex logic for healthcare bulling. Curate documentation for consumption by various stakeholders including billing systems users, member and client support, development , QA and management.
For Projects:
- Worrking with lead business analyst in creating a product road map
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users and various stakeholders who interact with billing systems
- Participate in refinement sessions to ensure user stories/ requirements all meet DoR
- Participate in sprint planning including setting sprint goals
- Participate in release and upgrading planning
- Participating in daily support meetings with stake holders as well as project/BAU focused meetings with tech staff.
Responsibilities:
- Work expereience supporting billing systems
- Ability to parse through many details to get to the root cause of complex challenges
- ability to priortize effecttively especially for BAU tasks which are time sensetive
- Collaboration with mulitple stakeholders including tech staff, ETL developers, operations, and billing
- Good communication skills
- good organization skills
- Working knowledge of product development architecture including ETL processes
- Proficiently in the use of analytic tools
- Excellent knowledge of user-centerted design prinicipals
