Our client, a Philadelphia based Healthcare Insurance organization, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their Application Development team.
This is a contract to hire position and a Hybrid onsite role.
Candidate's must be comfortable working onsite in Center City Philadelphia Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in business process management, documentation, reporting, and client support. The ideal candidate will have experience in process development, stakeholder communication, and application support. This role requires proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools and involves long-term client support and communication management of applications supported by our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and document business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fulfill documentation and process creation requirements for supported applications.
- Manage client relationships and provide long-term client support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to formulate project scope and objectives.
- Work with stakeholders on process improvement initiatives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and training materials.
- Facilitate meetings and serve as a business liaison between teams.
- Support application development teams by providing business analysis insights.
- Lead business process re-engineering efforts to drive operational improvements.
- Provide consultative direction on process, technology, and organizational changes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, applying insights to business processes.
