Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As an entry-level sales associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product selections, providing excellent customer service, and helping to achieve sales targets. No previous sales experience is required – just a passion for helping people and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Outbound Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings.
- Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Sales Support: Assist senior business development team members in creating proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive overall business growth.
- Track Metrics: Maintain a detailed record of all leads, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, results, and any challenges faced.
Qualifications:
- Required experience 0-5 years only.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- Comfortable using digital tools and software (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
