Job Description :
As a Service Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our service projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project from initial client contact and project scope definition to project completion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned service projects including budgeting scheduling material procurement and labor allocation.
- Ensure clear communication with clients keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Supervise service technicians and ensure quality workmanship adheres to company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including estimates contracts change orders and daily logs.
- Identify and proactively address potential project challenges and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for your assigned team.
