Serigraph is a global leader in decorative and functional printing, offering innovative solutions across various industries including automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, and more. As we implement our new ERP system, PLEX, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated ERP Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025.
This summer internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the purchasing and supply chain functions of a dynamic manufacturing environment. The primary focus of the role will be to support the implementation of Serigraph’s new ERP system, PLEX, by entering part attributes and ensuring accurate data migration.
\n- Enter and validate part attributes and purchasing data into the new PLEX ERP system.
- Assist with organizing and reviewing purchasing records for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with purchasing team members to ensure timely and accurate data input.
- If full-time, support other PLEX-related tasks across departments such as inventory, operations, or production planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company data.
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain team as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
