Fulfillment Lead - Level 3

**1st Shift Opening * Monday-Friday 7am-3pm**

Serigraph is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Fulfillment Point Person Level 3 to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—leading line setups, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and driving fulfillment excellence across shifts. • Oversee and set up line production, monitor kit preparation, and perform First Piece Approval.
• Direct Level 2 Point People, flex employees, and temporary workforce to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure team conformance to department procedures and motivate team members.
• Conduct in-process team audits focused on quality, safety, and compliance.
• Define and ensure adherence to quality standards, with authority to halt production and notify management of concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Fulfillment Supervisor about order progress, scheduling, staffing, and issues.
• Optimize fulfillment line configuration, components, and shift coordination.
• Verify and report labor data; complete job tickets and move tags.
• Provide training and technical support to coworkers in Fulfillment Operations.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for Kit Packing Lines.
• Determine packaging designs to protect products during shipping.
• Utilize EZPOP system/Hydra for preflighting and Excel for spreadsheet formatting.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Level 2/3 Point People, supervisor, and shipping on job status.
• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow environmental practices, focusing on recycling, energy conservation, waste reduction, and safe material disposal.
• Perform various finishing tasks including packing, counting, applying labels, shrink wrapping, and operating equipment.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Ensure quality and stop production to correct quality concerns.  Inform management of products and/or processes that do not conform to requirements.
• Ensure all environmental practices and materials are handled and disposed of per appropriate procedures in your area.
• Support Serigraph current quality business system and understand use of SPECS, the Serigraph quality manual.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
• Understand departmental procedures and policies.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Fulfillment Operations and Titan system.
• Leadership capabilities in a non-supervisory role, including training and mentoring peers.
• Organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Professional and service-oriented demeanor with internal/external clients.
