*Part time offers a consistent schedule with Flexible start/stop times*
**3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am Full-Time - $2 shift Premium**
Serigraph is a global innovator in decorative and functional printing solutions, serving a wide range of industries including automotive, consumer products, healthcare, and electronics. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Post Printing Operators to join our production team in West Bend, WI.
The Post Printing Operator 1 performs a variety of tasks related to the final processing of printed products prior to shipment. This includes operating post printing machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring customer specifications are met. Operators may rotate between tasks depending on production needs.
\n- Operate a variety of post-printing equipment, including but not limited to: Spar punch, corona treater, toggle, TOX, HF die cutting and pad printing equipment, thermal and standard laminating equipment, cutting machines, SAKS equipment, and material handling tools.
- Accurately complete labor reporting, QA forms, job tickets, and move tags.
- Move products efficiently from one workstation to the next.
- Sustain a clean and organized work environment in line with 5S principles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
- Adhere to individual customer specifications and quality standards.
- Meet required vision standards (with or without correction), including color perception.
- Exercise the authority to stop production to resolve quality issues.
- Comply with environmental practices, policies, and handling procedures.
- Support sustainability efforts: recycle, conserve energy, and reduce waste.
- Use and understand Serigraph’s quality systems, including SPECS.
- Inspect or audit product for print quality, die-cutting, laminating, or other defects.
- Perform manual tasks as needed: pop-out parts, hand apply components, seal air, shrink wrap, and packaging.
- Support manufacturing assistants by racking, de-racking, catching, and ovening sheets.
- Separate and dispose of recyclable materials appropriately.
- Complete general housekeeping tasks such as garbage removal and mopping.
- Suggest improvements for future job setups and processes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of workplace safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
- Ability to accurately input data into the Titan system.
- Familiarity with job tickets and the ability to interpret specifications.
- Working knowledge of department procedures and company policies.
