Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and independent individuals to join our team as Independent Agents. As an Independent Agent, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and build your own business. This position offers flexibility and the potential for unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities: - Negotiate and sell insurance policies to clients - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options - Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels - Communicate effectively with clients, explaining policy details and answering questions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus - Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is beneficial - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable Please note that this is an independent contractor position.
