In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Qualifications:
