Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting problems effectively.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues or escalations.
- Educate customers about company products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolutions provided
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software
