Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a professional setting while providing essential support to our executives. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist executives with daily administrative tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of communications and important documents
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
