Our Joplin, MO location is seeking a vibrant, fitness and nutrition-oriented health coach team member who shares our passion for health, wellness, and anti-aging.

The role of the Serotonin Anti-Aging Health Coach (HC) is one of leadership, dedicated to delivering top-tier health coaching services tailored to our clients' needs, whether it's for weight management, exercise, or nutrition. The HC conducts thorough assessments to understand each client's health status, guides them towards better health practices, and crafts personalized healthcare plans to help them achieve their objectives. Success in this role hinges on maintaining an upbeat attitude and being adept at communication.

The HC collaborates closely with the Manager / General Manager (GM) and nurse practitioners (NP) to ensure an exceptional member experience that aligns with predefined health goals and promotes the growth of our center's membership base.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct consultations for new guests and members

Facilitate the transition of guests to becoming members

Develop exercise programs utilizing the Serotonin Anti-Aging Centers training app or other approved applications

Design customized nutrition plans

Guide clients through their weight loss journeys

Provide regular InBody scans, along with nutrition and workout plans

Create personalized supplement protocols

Recommend and manage the sale of supplements

Maintain ongoing communication with clients and schedule regular meetings

Document client progress digitally through forms and photos

Follow up with potential clients seeking further information about the HC's services
